Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu ( 1350m)
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu, you will be welcomed heartily by company representative at the airport and transfer to hotel with a short briefing session reflecting ancient local tradition, shrines and temples found over here. Overnight in Kathmandu. (1000m)
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Visit World Heritage site in Kathmandu including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Pasupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath, Swoyambhunath ( also called Monkey Temple)as a half day trip . Overnight stay in Kathmandu (1000m/2800ft)
Day 3: Drive from Kathnmandu to Pokhara takes about 6 hours
Drive from Kathnmandu to Pokhara takes about 6 hours. You will follow Marsyandi River, gently up through heavily terraced fields and small hill towns to the Seti River that takes you directly into Pokhara passing the way full of window sightseeing of hills and mountains on the way. Pokhara is tourist’s paradise with the watchful view of different mountainous range to be seen. Pokhara lakeside villages are situated in the front row center to one of the most beautiful Himalayan panoramas in the world. You spend your whole day watching famous fishtail mountain peak of Machhapuchhre tower over tropical setting of Annapurna enjoying the Pokhara city by Fewa Lake witnessing the region of Annapurna range of Himalayas.
Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga
Today’s journey starts from half an hour drive from Nayapul and commence trek to Birethanti, a large and prosperous town beside the Modi River. You will cross the main trail to Sudami, gradually climbing up the side of valley reaching Hile (1495m) before pushing on to Tikhedhunga. The trail crosses the stream and then ascends a steep stone staircase to the large Magar village to Ulleri (2070m).
Day 5: Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
In a pleasant walking day, we trek through rhododendron and oak forests and across streams before making a short, final climb to Nangethani. From there, we will go upto Ghorepani with the pleasant trail viewing gently the local views of natural scenario.
Day 6: Trek from Ghorepani to Poonhill to Tadapani
The early dawn starts hiking to Poon hill to see the Panoramic views of Annapurna , Dhaulagiri , Lamjung Himal and sunrise over the tolerable Himalayas .Having its panoramic view from Poonhill , you will descend to Ghorepani and continue to Tadapani with the terraced mountain field with rhododendron and oaks trees.
Day 7: Trek from Tadapani to Landruk
Today trail follows a descending down to Ghandruk through the forests of rhododendron. You then walk toward Landruk crossing to Gurung village. It offers you close view of the Mt. Annapurna South, Hiun Chuli and Mt. Fishtail.
Day 8: Trek from Landruk to Dhampus
This trek leads from the trail of narrow wooden valley of Modi Khola. Passing by the flat street with local fence both side of the way, you trek to Dhampus.
Day 9: Trek down from Dhampus to Pokhara. Trek down to Phedi and half an hour car drive to Pokhara.
Day 10: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus heading up to Damauli, Dhumre, Mugling, Kurintar etc. upto Kathmandu.
Day 11: Transfer to International airport for your final departure by the representative. |
